Job summary

Haryana Knowledge Corporation invites an experienced senior professional to drive financial inclusion initiatives under the Haryana State Rural Livelihoods Mission. The role encompasses bank linkage, SHG credit, insurance and financial literacy, with regional team leadership across Haryana.

The candidate should have a strong background in governance environments, drafting official communications, and coordination with financial institutions to achieve annual action plan targets.

Qualifications

• 7+ years post-qualification experience in relevant field.
• At least 5 years in senior management handling large organizations/projects promoting financial inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Drive Bank linkage, SHG credit, Insurance, and Financial Literacy initiatives.
• Draft notes, letters and proposals under Haryana State Rural Livelihoods Mission.
• Coordinate with Banks to create an ecosystem for income-generating activities and market linkages.
• Prepare reports and budgeting for projects and annual plans.
• Develop proposals, RFPs and MoUs as directed by client.
• Attend state/national workshops and finalize minutes for state program managers.
• Lead district-level teams across Haryana and train subordinates.
• Support other domains' State Program Managers as required.
• Handle other assignments as directed by client.

Required Education Qualification

• MBA in Finance or MBA (Banking & Finance Programme Structure) or Master in Finance & Control (MFC) or Master in Business Economics (MBE) or Master in Economics/Commerce preferably with 1st Division. In the case of retired bankers, he should be MBA in Finance/or Banking or CAIIB, having worked as Top Management Executive i.e. AGM or more in a Public Sector Bank/NABARD/RBI.

Experience Required

• He/ She should have at least 7+ years of post-qualification of relevant work experience out of which 5 years should be of senior management level. He/she should have worked in large organizations/project(s), specifically for promotion of financial inclusion at a senior position in the field.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• a. Candidate must be self-motivated to accelerate &manage assignments and projects related toBank linkage, SHG credit, Insurance, Financial Literacy.
• b. Drafting of notes, official letters and proposals based on skill set essentially desired and scope of designation under umbrella of Haryana State Rural Livelihoods Mission.
• c. Coordination with Banks, ensure creating eco-system for income generating activities, identify value addition opportunities, market linkages, convergence in the rural Haryana.
• d. The Candidate shall be responsible for preparation of relevant reports, annual and project-wise budgeting etc.
• e. Development of proposals, RFP, MoU as and when directed by client.
• f. Attend State/ National level workshops/ webinars/ meetings etc. and support in finalizing minutes of meeting to other State Program Managers as and when required.
• g. Team management at district level across Haryana.
• h. Support State Program Managers of other domains.
• i. Other assignments as per directions of client.

Skills Required

• Excellent English & Hindi Communication Skills radiating well-versed with the government work environment (Drafting of notes, letters, reports, presentations).
• Practical knowledge of MS Office, E-mail. Knowledge of objectives of Haryana State Rural Livelihoods Mission (DAY-NRLM, RSETI, DDU-GKY).
• Expertise in financial inclusion, SHG-Bank linkage (RF/CIF, VRF/CCL), Interest subvention, Bank Sakhi/BC Model, PAISA Portal, LokOS-FI Module, SLBC Coordination, Financial Literacy, SLBC Coordination, Financial Literacy, Insurance & Pension, NPA Management, PFMS/DBT.
• Must have ability to develop FI strategy, prepare bank linkage dashboard, conduct banker's meetings, train subordinates in districts and achieve annual action plan targets.
