Job summary

Inc42 Media is seeking a Program Manager, Courses to drive end-to-end execution of executive programs and courses. You will own admissions through post-program community engagement, work with the L&D team to innovate curriculums, and manage the program P&L to ensure profitability while leading sales and operations teams.

• 5+ years of program management experience, preferably in education or community-building.
• Exceptional communication and structured writing skills, capable of hosting live sessions.
• Experience managing sales and operations teams.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete fellow journey from admissions to onboarding and post-program community engagement.
• Design, launch and refine programs and learning modules with the L&D team.
• Take complete ownership of program P&L, revenues, costs and profitability.
• Direct Inside Sales and Program Ops teams to ensure revenue and seamless experience.
• Track metrics and report progress to internal stakeholders.
• Foster vibrant learning communities and identify growth opportunities.
• Translate growth opportunities into detailed strategic plans and execute.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with founders, executives and investors.

As a Program Manager, Courses at Inc42, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end execution and continuous improvement of our executive programs and courses. This includes owning the P&L, managing the sales and program operations teams, designing impactful programs with the L&D team, ensuring exemplary fellow experience, and identifying growth opportunities.

What You'll Do:

• Program Ownership: Own the complete fellow journey - from admissions to onboarding, program conduction and post-program community engagement - ensuring excellent experience.
• Continuous Innovation: Design, launch and refine programs, curriculums and learning modules based on market trends, fellow feedback and latest pedagogical best practices along with the L&D team.
• P&L Ownership: Take complete ownership of program P&L, revenues, costs and profitability
• Sales Leadership: Directly manage the Inside Sales team, own admissions funnel and drive revenue
• Operations Leadership: Directly manage Program Ops team responsible for seamless fellow experience & program conduction
• Performance Tracking: Track detailed metrics and provide regular updates to key internal stakeholders
• Community Building: Foster vibrant learning communities through creative engagement initiatives with the Program Ops & Community team.
• Growth Identification: Rigorously analyse admissions funnel to uncover expansion and new opportunity areas
• Strategy Creation: Translate identified growth opportunities into detailed strategic plans and drive the execution for the same
