Job Title: Program Manager - Business Partner
Role Summary
The Program Manager will be the primary point of contact for Company business partner campuses responsible for onboarding new partners, enabling campus-level business development, and building strong, well-trained counsellor teams that drive enrollments. This is a high-ownership, field-facing role combining program management, partner relationship management, and sales enablement.

Key Responsibilities1. Partner Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end onboarding of new business partner campuses — documentation, infrastructure readiness, systems setup, and compliance with Company operating standards.
- Conduct orientation sessions for partner leadership and staff on Company processes, curriculum, brand guidelines, and quality benchmarks.
- Ensure each new campus is fully operational and audit-ready within defined onboarding timelines (e.g., 30/60/90-day milestones).
2. Campus Business Development Support
- Work with campus owners to create, execute and monitor 30-60-90 day business plan.
- Work closely with partner campus owners/managers to build and execute local student acquisition and lead-generation plans.
- Support campuses in setting enrollment targets, tracking funnel performance, and identifying growth levers (school/college tie-ups, local marketing, referral programs, community outreach).
- Share best practices and successful playbooks across campuses; identify and replicate high-performing strategies.
- Monitor campus-wise business performance (leads, conversions, revenue) and provide data-backed recommendations.
3. Counsellor Training & Capability Building
- Design, deliver, and continuously improve training programs for campus counsellors - covering consultative selling, objection handling, course/product knowledge, and CRM/lead management discipline.
- Conduct regular refresher trainings, role-plays, and certification assessments for counsellors.
- Build training toolkits, scripts, FAQs, and SOPs to standardize counselling quality across campuses.
- Track counsellor performance (conversion ratios, follow-up discipline) and coach underperforming teams.
4. Program & Relationship Management
- Act as the single point of contact between HQ and assigned partner campuses, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution.
- Conduct periodic campus visits/audits to assess operational, academic, and business health.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports, dashboards, and reviews to leadership.
- Ensure partner campuses adhere to brand, quality, and compliance standards.
- Identify risks (partner dissatisfaction, underperformance, compliance gaps) early and drive corrective action plans.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration in sales and marketing.
- 3-5 years of experience in program management, franchise/channel partner management, business development, or sales training - preferably in education, EdTech, or vocational training sectors
- Prior experience managing multi-location teams or partner networks strongly preferred
- Experience designing and delivering sales/counsellor training programs is a strong plus
