Job summary

GreyLabs AI, a leading B2B SaaS provider for speech analytics in BFSI, seeks an experienced AI Program Manager to own client projects from POC to onboarding and beyond. You’ll be the face of GreyLabs, driving successful, measurable implementations and client value.

This is not a coordination role; you will lead projects end-to-end, from kickoff to go-live, align stakeholders across client teams and our engineering group, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality AI-enabled solutions.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in project delivery, client success, or product implementation.
• Demonstrated experience of managing client-facing projects independently.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and proactive issue resolution.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with CXOs and developers.
• Hands-on experience with API or system integrations is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Prior experience with AI/analytics platforms is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required and/or MBA or technical background (CS/IT).

GreyLabs AI is a leading B2B SaaS provider specialising in speech analytics solutions for BFSI companies. We are looking for an experienced, results-driven AI Program Manager to join our dynamic team.

The Role:

We’re looking for a highly driven and hands‑on AI Program Manager who can take full ownership of client projects — from POC to onboarding and beyond. This role demands both strategic thinking and operational hustle. You’ll be the face of GreyLabs for our clients, ensuring that each implementation is successful, impactful, and smooth.

This is not a coordination role — you will lead projects, not just manage them.

Responsibilities:

• Own projects end-to-end : You are accountable for client success, from kickoff to go-live. If it’s your project, you drive it.

• Lead client interactions : Meet clients (often in-person), deeply understand their business challenges, and propose tailored solutions using our platform.

• Translate client needs into actions : Create detailed project plans, presentations, and implementation playbooks. Your output should provide clear, actionable direction for both internal and client teams.

• Drive integrations : Lead conversations around integrations and client tech compatibility. You’ll work closely with client tech teams and our engineering team to make integrations smooth.

• Anchor POC and onboarding journeys : You’ll engage with clients at two critical stages — Proof of Concept (POC) and Onboarding. You must demonstrate tangible value in both phases.

• Lead without authority : We believe in individual leadership first and management second. You are expected to influence outcomes, not wait for instructions.

• Track and communicate milestones : Maintain regular updates on timelines, risks, and blockers. Keep all stakeholders informed and accountable.

• Ensure quality delivery : Be the first line of quality control. Validate configurations, check client feedback, and ensure we’re delivering what was promised.

Ideal Profile:

• 5–8 years of experience in project delivery, client success, or product implementation , preferably in a BFSI or SaaS environment.

• Demonstrated experience of managing client-facing projects independently.

• Strong problem-solving mindset – you proactively resolve issues, not elevate them.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills – you can talk business with CXOs and tech with developers.

• Hands‑on experience with API or system integrations is a big plus.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.

• Prior experience working with AI/analytics platforms is preferred but not mandatory.

• Bachelor’s degree required and/ or MBA or technical background (CS/IT).
