Job summary

The role requires close collaboration with faculty, students, and cross-functional teams across the university, with responsibilities spanning programme plans, budgets, logistics, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or higher in any discipline.
• 2–3 years of experience in programme coordination or project management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational, analytical, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement programme plans aligned with institutional goals.
• Manage multiple programmes, events, and academic activities simultaneously.
• Coordinate with faculty and university departments for seamless execution.
• Monitor programme timelines, budgets, logistics, and documentation.
• Track programme performance and prepare reports and presentations for leadership.
