Job summary

Persistent seeks a seasoned Program Manager to lead large-scale Agentic AI initiatives in Pune. You will steer end-to-end delivery, align with enterprise strategy, and drive adoption of AI solutions featuring autonomous agents and human-in-the-loop workflows.

You will partner with business leaders, data scientists, and engineers to define roadmaps, establish governance, and ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes in a demanding, global enterprise setting.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Program Management, Digital Transformation, Enterprise Technology, or Strategic Delivery leadership.
• Strong experience leading large-scale AI, Data, Cloud, or Enterprise Transformation programs.
• Deep understanding of Agentic AI, Autonomous Agents, AI Orchestration, and Human-in-the-Loop frameworks.
• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI-powered business solutions.
• Proven track record delivering complex cross-functional programs in global enterprise environments.
• Expertise in governance, portfolio management, budgeting, planning, and executive reporting.
• Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders, leadership, and technology teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and modern delivery methodologies.
• Ability to translate business strategy into scalable AI-enabled solutions.
• Experience managing risks, dependencies, compliance, and change initiatives.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

About Position

We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager with deep expertise in Agentic AI, Program Management, and Enterprise AI Transformation to lead large-scale, strategic AI initiatives.
