Job summary

Persistent is seeking a GenAI Solution Architect in Pune to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade AI Agent solutions and autonomous automation platforms. You will implement RAG, LLM orchestration, and memory management across business workflows while collaborating with stakeholders to translate requirements into AI-driven outcomes.

You will work with LangChain/LangGraph and vector databases, optimize performance, and ensure governance and security in production systems.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of overall experience in Software Engineering, AI/ML, Solution Architecture, or Enterprise Application Development.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and AWS Bedrock.
• Experience with LangChain/LangGraph and LLM orchestration.

We are looking for a GenAI Solution Architect / AI Agent Engineer with strong expertise in Enterprise AI Agents, Microsoft Copilot Studio, AWS Bedrock, and modern LLM orchestration frameworks. The role involves designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade GenAI solutions, autonomous agents, and intelligent automation platforms that drive business transformation, productivity, and operational efficiency at scale.

What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale AI Agent solutions using modern Generative AI technologies.
• Build autonomous and task-driven AI Agents capable of executing complex business workflows and automations.
• Develop AI-powered applications using Microsoft Copilot Studio and AWS Bedrock.
• Architect and implement Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using vector databases and knowledge repositories.
• Design and develop LLM orchestration workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks.
• Implement advanced prompt engineering, agent reasoning, tool calling, memory management, and workflow orchestration capabilities.
• Build scalable data ingestion, chunking, embedding, retrieval, and contextual enrichment pipelines.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and business systems.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and translate requirements into AI-driven solutions.
• Design and implement responsible AI, governance, security, and compliance frameworks.
• Optimize LLM performance, accuracy, latency, and cost efficiency.
• Support end-to-end AI solution lifecycle including architecture, development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and support.
• Develop reusable AI accelerators, frameworks, and best practices for enterprise adoption.
• Stay updated with advancements in AI Agents, LLMs, Foundation Models, and enterprise AI platforms.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 6+ years of overall experience in Software Engineering, AI/ML, Solution Architecture, or Enterprise Application Development.
• Strong expertise in Enterprise AI Agents and Agentic AI architectures.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Hands-on experience with AWS Bedrock and Foundation Models.
• Practical experience with LangChain and/or LangGraph frameworks.
• Strong understanding of LLM orchestration, agent workflows, tool integration, memory management, and reasoning frameworks.
• Experience implementing Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
• Hands-on experience with data chunking, embeddings, semantic search, and contextual retrieval techniques.
• Experience working with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB, FAISS, OpenSearch, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering, prompt optimization, and AI response evaluation techniques.
• Experience integrating GenAI solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, and cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of AI governance, security, responsible AI, and compliance best practices.
• Experience with Python development and modern AI/ML ecosystems.
• Understanding of cloud platforms with strong preference for AWS services.
• Experience building scalable and production-ready AI applications.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and solution-design capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proven experience building and deploying GenAI-powered automation solutions at enterprise scale.
• Experience leading AI transformation initiatives and driving AI adoption across organizations is highly desirable.
