XpressBees in Pune invites a data-driven Programme Manager - Loss Reduction to lead loss prevention and process improvements across hubs, warehouses, and last-mile operations. You will own end-to-end initiatives, analyze data trends, build dashboards, and collaborate with Operations, Finance, Security, Technology, and CX to cut losses and costs.

The role requires 2+ years of experience in e-commerce/logistics, strong Excel/BI skills, and a track record of cross-functional delivery.

• B.tech/ MBA (Top Ranked College)
• 2+ years of experience in e-commerce, logistics, supply chain, operations excellence, analytics, or programme management.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, fulfilment processes, inventory management, or last-mile logistics.
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel; working knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or other BI tools is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis and data interpretation.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and driving process improvement initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, planning, and execution skills.

Responsabilidades

• Loss Reduction: Identify, track, and reduce shipment losses, damages, shortages, pilferage, and other operational leakages across the logistics network.
• Programme Management: Own end-to-end loss reduction initiatives, from problem identification and planning to implementation, monitoring, and closure.
• Data Analytics: Analyse operational data, loss trends, and performance metrics to identify root causes and high-risk areas.
• Dashboard & KPI Management: Develop and monitor dashboards, MIS reports, and performance scorecards to track losses, ageing, recoveries, and process compliance.
• Process Improvement: Design and implement SOPs, preventive controls, and process improvements to minimise recurring losses and operational inefficiencies.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Operations, Finance, Security, Technology, Linehaul, and Customer Experience teams to drive corrective actions.
• Cost Optimisation: Identify opportunities to reduce operational costs, improve resource utilisation, and minimise financial exposure.
• Risk & Compliance: Monitor process adherence, conduct operational reviews, and establish accountability for recurring issues.
• Technology & Automation: Partner with technology teams to automate tracking, strengthen system controls, and improve shipment visibility.
• Management Reporting: Present programme progress, key findings, business impact, and corrective action plans to senior stakeholders.

Role Overview
We are looking for a data-driven and execution-focused Programme Manager - Loss Reduction to drive loss prevention and operational efficiency across our logistics network. The role will focus on identifying operational leakages, reducing shipment losses and damages, improving process compliance, and implementing scalable control mechanisms across hubs, warehouses, linehaul, and last-mile operations. The ideal candidate should combine strong analytical capabilities with programme management and supply chain expertise to deliver measurable improvements in operational performance and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
