Job description

About Loadshare

LoadShare is one of Indias most innovative and resilient logistics platforms, transforming how goods move across the country. Founded in 2017, weve grown to become a pan-India, multi-category last-mile network with a unique presence in both Tier 1 metros and deep Tier 2/3 towns.

What sets us apart:

  • Scale with depth: We handle ~550K deliveries/day across food, e-commerce (B2C), B2B retail, and digital commerce, powered by a 40,000+ rider network.
  • Strong financials, stronger ambition: With 800 Cr in FY26 revenue and support from global investors (Tiger Global, Matrix, BII, Stellaris, BeeNext), we have a long runway and a path to profitability.
  • Dual-engine model: We not only operate Indias most flexible last-mile delivery network, but also license our in-house logistics tech platform that processes an additional 20 lakh orders/day one of the few in India to enable asset cross-utilization across verticals.
  • Strategic partner to India’s digital economy: We work with every major digital commerce player (ecomm, quick commerce, food, mobility), and are expanding wallet share and capabilities within existing giants while co-creating new models with emerging platforms and brands.
  • Built to scale profitably: We’re not chasing GMV at all costs. We’re building the most capital-efficient, tech-enabled logistics engine in the country.

We’re now building for our next phase: a 5X scale-up over the next 5 years, anchored in sharper client focus, deeper solutions, and new growth engines.

Founders / Founding team
  • Raghu Talluri (CEO) - Formerly at Myntra, McKinsey
  • Pramod Nair (CTO) - Formerly at Freecharge, Snapdeal, MartMobi
  • Rakib Ahmed (Co Founder, Head EComm/ Trucking/Warehousing)- Formerly at ICICI Prudential, Co founder Lunate Eco
  • Overall 500+ employees on roll
Role Overview

Loadshare Networks is a leading 3PL partner for one of our largest quick-commerce clients, playing a critical role in building and scaling their quick commerce and last-mile delivery ecosystem across India. With SaaS-led capabilities and on-ground operations spanning 150+ stores pan-India, Loadshare operates at the intersection of technology, operations, and scale.

As Associate Director – Program Management (Central Operations), you will own the rate card setup and payouts process end to end — the systems, controls and processes that determine how Delivery Executives (DEs) are paid. Rate card structures are configured, validated and deployed across a large multi-city store network, and the resulting earnings are computed, verified and released on a weekly cycle. Accuracy, turnaround and reliability/system robustness are the measures of success in this role.

The work is equal parts process design, client management and working with product. A team handles day-to-day execution and query resolution; your mandate is to make the process scalable and to solve issues at the root.

You will partner closely with Operations, Product, Tech, Finance and client stakeholders, and lead a team of analysts and associates alongside a dedicated product manager to translate strategy into execution and measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
1. Rate Card Configuration & Deployment
  • Own the end-to-end process for rate card setup across a large, multi-city store network — intake of requirements, validations, configuration, testing and deployment.
  • Build and strengthen the controls that keep configuration accurate at scale: structured intake, review mechanisms, pre-deployment checks and clear audit trails.
  • Design validation logics and process/ product mechanisms to solve root causes and prepare for requirements at future scale.
  • Standardise the pay components and surge constructs already supported on the platform, benchmark against industry practice, and innovate with the pricing team.
  • Manage smooth deployment during peaks through staged rollouts, release planning and clear go/no-go calls.
  • Ensure configuration accuracy and turnaround time together, rather than one at the expense of the other.
2. Payouts — Accuracy & Reliability
  • Own the weekly payout cycle end to end: validation, release, and resolution of earnings-related queries from DEs.
  • Increase the degree of automation in payout processing, and bring exceptions onto structured, approval-based workflows.
  • Put prevention and detection controls in place and investigate defects to root cause, assess the full extent of impact, and determine the right fix — process, product or people.
  • Design frameworks and execute to reduce payout-related queries at source.
3. Client Management
  • Own the day-to-day working relationship with the internal and external teams on rate cards, payouts and reconciliation.
  • Set and hold realistic SLAs on configuration requests.
  • Communicate proactively on issues, with clear resolution timelines, and resolve reconciliation queries with data.
  • Run the operating cadence and reviews that keep performance visible to both sides, and consistently meet or exceed agreed service standards.
4. Product, Process & Team Enablement
  • Work with Product and Tech on internal tooling and on the DE app experience — how rate cards, surges and conditions are displayed, and how earnings are explained.
  • Write and maintain team SOPs so the process is consistent and reliable.
5. Strategic & Ad-hoc Initiatives
  • Take ownership of high-priority, ambiguous problem statements as they emerge.
  • Support leadership with structured analysis, dashboards and actionable recommendations.
Skills & Competencies
Hard Skills
  • Strong analytical orientation, with the comfort to work directly with data to spot patterns, run checks and root-cause defects. Comfort with AI and with SQL are an advantage.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (analysis, reconciliation, scenario modelling).
  • Working knowledge of process controls — maker-checker, validation, audit trails — and the ability to design and execute them.
Soft Skills
  • High ownership and accountability mindset.
  • Strong first-principles thinking and structured problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and client communication skills.
  • Ability to drive accountability and bar raising standard across the team.
  • Sharp attention to detail, and a low tolerance for unexplained variance.
  • Composure and patience in high-visibility situations.
  • Ability to operate effectively in high-ambiguity, fast-paced environment.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • 3–8 years of experience in Program Management, Operations, or Consulting (ops-heavy exposure preferred).
  • Experience owning a process where accuracy is the primary measure of success — payouts, billing, reconciliation, or configuration management — is strongly preferred.
  • Exposure to gig or frontline workforce operations is an advantage.
  • B.Tech from a top-tier institute; MBA preferred but not mandatory.
  • Comfortable working with both senior leadership and frontline operations teams.
  • Strong bias for action with sharp attention to detail and execution excellence.
