Academian is seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee eLearning projects, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and quality. You will coordinate with instructional designers, developers, and subject matter experts to define scope and deliverables.

The role requires a strong background in eLearning technologies, LMS, and project-management best practices, with a focus on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Instructional Design, or related field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management with focus on eLearning projects.
• Deep understanding of LMS, authoring tools, SCORM, xAPI and ID principles.
• PMP certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of eLearning projects from inception to completion.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Collaborate with instructional designers, developers, content creators, and SMEs.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with a strong background in the eLearning industry to join

our dynamic team at Academian. The Program Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful

execution of eLearning projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality

standards. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of eLearning technologies, methodologies, and

best practices, along with proven project management expertise.

Job Functions/Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of eLearning projects, from inception to completion.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including instructional designers, developers, content creators, and subject matter experts, to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize potential impact on project timelines and outcomes.
• Monitor project progress and performance, track key metrics and KPIs, and provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, milestones, and budget utilization.
• Manage project resources, including internal team members and external vendors, and ensure effective allocation and utilization to meet project objectives.
• Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and reviews, and foster effective communication and collaboration among project team members.
• Conduct thorough quality assurance checks on project deliverables to ensure compliance with eLearning standards, specifications, and client requirements.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing and stakeholder feedback sessions, and incorporate feedback into project iterations and improvements
• Lead post-project reviews and lessons learned sessions and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization of project management processes and methodologies.

Job Requirements/Desired Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Instructional Design, or related field; PMP certification preferred.
• Minimum of [5] years of experience in project management, with a focus on eLearning projects and initiatives.
• Deep understanding of eLearning technologies, platforms, and methodologies, including Learning Management Systems (LMS), authoring tools, SCORM, xAPI, and instructional design principles.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex eLearning projects, from conception to delivery, within budget and on schedule.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and team members.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen attention to detail and quality assurance.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira, or Trello.
• Passion for education, innovation, and leveraging technology to enhance learning experiences.
