Overview

Experience: 3–5 years

Must have 3+ years of hands-on project experience in backend development.

Collaborate directly with clients, architects, and technical leads to understand requirements and convert designs into scalable, production-ready code.

Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code while adhering to code quality standards, secure coding practices, and CI/CD processes.

Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and contribute to architectural improvements.

Work in an agile environment and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate directly with clients, architects, and technical leads to understand requirements and convert designs into scalable, production-ready code.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code while adhering to code quality standards, secure coding practices, and CI/CD processes.

Required Skillset

Technical Skills (MUST HAVE)

• Unit Testing (Go testing framework / PyTest)
• Frontend (Basic Working Knowledge Preferred)
