Key Responsibilities

• Drive strategic initiatives and convert business priorities into actionable plans.
• Lead cross-functional projects and ensure timely execution across functions.
• Analyze business performance, prepare MIS reports, and provide insights to leadership.
• Identify opportunities to enhance revenue, profitability, and operational efficiency.
• Evaluate new business opportunities and support investment decisions.
• Work closely with regional/business heads to improve growth and execution.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, KPIs, and ensure delivery of business goals.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across Sales, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and Product teams.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 410 years of experience in Program Management, Strategy, Business Operations, PMO, or Business Excellence.
• Strong experience in driving cross-functional initiatives and process improvements.
• Exposure to business analytics, MIS reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
• Understanding of financial metrics, profitability, and business performance.
• Proficiency in Excel and Power BI; SQL knowledge is an added advantage.
• MBA from a reputed institute preferred.
