Job summary

Axestrack in Mumbai seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead end-to-end planning and execution of multiple products, ensuring timely delivery and effective stakeholder management.

You will collaborate with customers, IT, operations, logistics, and implementation partners to ensure successful deployment, user adoption, and on-time project completion.

Travel may be required across India to customer locations and related sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, CS, Industrial Eng or related).
• 8–14 years of experience in Program/Project Management, Industrial Automation or enterprise tech deployments.
• Experience managing implementation projects in manufacturing, steel, cement, mining, power, ports, or logistics environments.
• Strong understanding of industrial operations, hardware deployment, software implementation, and system integration.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and industrial automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large programs from initiation through implementation, go-live and handover.
• Collaborate with customer stakeholders (IT, Operations, Logistics, Security, SAP, Plant teams) for smooth execution.
• Develop and maintain project plans, implementation schedules, meeting minutes, action trackers, and progress reports.
• Govern site readiness activities including hardware deployment, networking, power, cabling, civil infra, and system integration.
• Coordinate with internal Product, Software, Hardware, Networking, Implementation, and Support teams for timely delivery.
• Monitor milestones, risks, dependencies and escalations; drive issue resolution.
• Plan and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), end-user training, SOP docs, and go-live readiness.
• Ensure timely completion of deliverables, customer acceptance, and formal sign-offs.
• Maintain regular communication with customer stakeholders and leadership with accurate updates.
• Ensure adherence to governance standards, docs and implementation best practices.

Role Summary

The Program Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end planning and execution & implementation of various products like CPL, Swift, ePOD, and so on, ensuring timely delivery, effective stakeholder management, and seamless implementation.

The role requires close collaboration with customers, cross-functional internal teams, and implementation partners to ensure successful deployment, user adoption, and project completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the large programs & projects from project initiation through implementation, go-live, and handover.
• Collaborate with customer stakeholders, including IT, Operations, Logistics, Security, Weighbridge, SAP, and Plant teams, to ensure smooth project execution.
• Develop and maintain project plans, implementation schedules, meeting minutes (MoMs), action trackers, and progress reports.
• Govern site readiness activities, including hardware deployment, networking, power, cabling, civil infrastructure, and system integration.
• Coordinate and Liaise with internal Product, Software, Hardware, Networking, Implementation, and Support teams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Monitor project milestones, risks, dependencies, and escalations, and drive timely resolution of project issues.
• Plan and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), end-user training, SOP documentation, and go-live readiness.
• Ensure timely completion of project deliverables, customer acceptance, and formal project sign-offs.
• Maintain regular communication with customer stakeholders and internal leadership by providing accurate project updates and status reports.
• Ensure adherence to project governance standards, documentation, and implementation best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline).
• 8-14 years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, Industrial Automation, Plant Logistics, IoT implementations, or enterprise technology deployment projects.
• Demonstrated experience managing implementation projects within manufacturing, steel, cement, mining, power, ports, or logistics environments.
• Strong understanding of industrial operations, hardware deployment, software implementation, and system integration.
• Familiar to of ERP S and industrial automation familiarity.
• Ability to travel extensively to customer locations across India as required.
