Job summary

Growth Heist is seeking a highly organized Technical Project Manager to support technical projects from planning through execution. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong technical background aiming to advance in engineering coordination and RD environments.

You will coordinate with engineering, RD and cross-functional teams to ensure milestones are achieved, track schedules, prepare plans and reports, and maintain project documentation. Freshers with strong aptitude may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, electronics, CS, physics or related fields.
• Strong technical foundation to support planning and coordination.
• Experience with cross-functional engineering and RD environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technical projects from planning through execution.
• Work with engineering, RD and cross-functional teams to meet milestones.
• Track schedules, deliverables, dependencies and action items.
• Prepare project plans, meeting minutes, status updates and progress reports.
• Monitor risks, delays and dependencies and escalate as needed.
• Communicate between stakeholders and engineering teams effectively.
• Follow up on actions and ensure timely closure.
• Maintain project documentation and trackers.
• Support process improvement and efficient PM practices.
• Assist technical teams with planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• 3-5 yrs of Exp
• Coordinate technical projects from planning through execution.
• Work closely with engineering, RD and cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Track project schedules, deliverables, dependencies and action items.
• Prepare project plans, meeting minutes, status updates and progress reports.
• Monitor project risks, delays and dependencies and escalated issues where required.
• Coordinate communication between internal stakeholders and engineering teams.
• Follow up on action items and ensure timely closure.
• Maintain project documentation and project trackers.
• Support process improvement and development of efficient project-management practices.
• Assist technical teams with planning, coordination and execution of project activities.
