Job summary

ULOOK Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Program Manager to own end-to-end delivery of satellite programs, from build through launch and into operations.

This role coordinates with engineering and business teams to drive programs on schedule while preserving technical integrity. You will manage schedules, budgets, vendor relationships and risk, serving as the single point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and ensuring on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in program or project management with hardware delivery experience.
• Experience managing schedules, budgets, and vendor delivery on complex hardware.
• Strong technical fluency to credibly engage engineers without designing them.

Job description

We are looking for a Program Manager to own end-to-end delivery of our satellite programs, from build through launch and into operations. This is not a core engineering role, and design decisions stay with engineering. You need enough technical depth to track progress accurately, ask the right questions and unblock teams, and the ownership to make sure programs hit their dates. Strategy is set with the Founder's Office. Your job is to drive it to execution and take day-to-day program management off the founders.

Key Responsibilities

• Own program schedules, milestones and the critical path across satellite builds and launches.
• Own program budgets, procurement and vendor delivery.
• Run risk management and program reviews through to launch readiness.
• Coordinate launch campaigns, regulatory milestones and the handover to operations.
• Keep commercial commitments aligned with technical delivery, working with Business Development.
• Act as the single point of contact for program status, priorities and decisions, internally and with external stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in program or project management, including at least one hardware system taken from build through delivery or launch.
• Hands-on experience with schedules, budgets, vendor management and risk on complex hardware programs.
• Strong technical fluency, enough to engage engineers credibly without being a design engineer.
• Proven ownership as the single point of accountability for a program's execution.
• Excellent communication with senior internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Satellite, launch vehicle or aerospace program experience.
• Familiarity with the Indian space ecosystem.
• Exposure to defense or government stakeholder environments.
• Experience mentoring a team.
• Willingness to travel as programs require. Background verification applies.
