Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Hyderabad is seeking a Program Manager to lead telecom service delivery across Mobile Voice, Fixed Voice, Messaging and Data Core domains in multi-vendor environments.

This role requires coordinating Design, Build, Test and Operations activities to ensure timely execution, managing delivery plans and risks, and facilitating customer meetings and status reviews. Strong stakeholder management and ITIL fluency are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing telecom service delivery across Mobile Voice, Fixed Voice, Messaging & Signaling and Data Core domains in multi-vendor environments.
• Ability to coordinate delivery activities across Design, Build, Test and Operations teams to ensure timely execution of planned work.
• Good understanding of telecom core network technologies including IMS, PSTN, EPC, 5G Core, Messaging and Signaling.
• Experience in planning, tracking and coordinating customer requests, service activities and project deliverables.
• Ability to facilitate customer meetings, service reviews and regular delivery status updates.
• Experience in coordinating software upgrades, migrations, new service introductions and planned network changes with internal teams and customer stakeholders.
• Ability to identify delivery risks, track dependencies and coordinate with relevant teams to support timely resolution.
• Experience in maintaining delivery plans, action trackers, service reports and project documentation.
• Good understanding of ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, Change and Release Management.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and coordination skills with the ability to work effectively with customers, OEMs and cross-functional teams.
