The candidate will lead end-to-end delivery across multiple domains, manage budgets and risks, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in program and delivery management.
• Proven experience within the telecom OSS domain.
• Ensure SLA compliance, zero escalations, and high customer satisfaction delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead end to end delivery across domains with operational excellence and governance.
• Execute continuous improvement initiatives delivering measurable program level business outcomes.
• Drive AI led transformation to improve productivity, quality, and delivery timelines.
• Establish robust governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication across program lifecycle.
• Own revenue, margin targets, and program level financial performance accountability.
• Mitigate risks proactively, ensuring timely resolution and no recurring issues.
• Align cross functional teams and leadership for seamless program execution delivery.
• Build high performing teams, ensuring capability development and performance management.
