Connexio seeks an experienced investment professional in India to lead origination, execution, and portfolio management for fast-growing startups. You will work directly with founders and senior management, driving strategy and informed decision-making in a lean, ownership-driven team.

The role requires a strong track record in PE/VC, deep financial modeling, and exceptional stakeholder communication. This position offers exposure to high-impact deals within a dynamic Indian market.

Qualifications

• 8 to 10 years in private equity, venture capital, investment banking, or development finance.
• CFA/MBA preferred.
• Track record sourcing and structuring investments in fast-growing Indian startups.
• Strong financial modeling, diligence, and deal-structuring skills.
• Experience working directly with founders and management teams.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and judgment.
• Comfort operating with ambiguity and full ownership in a lean team environment.
