Job summary

CxSearch Global Partners in Gurgaon is seeking an Associate to join its investment team. This role offers exposure to high-impact investments across Consumer, Healthcare, Financial Services, and Managed Services.

Candidates should have 3-5 years in PE or IB, strong financial modelling and valuation, and an MBA from a premier institute. You will build models, conduct due diligence, prepare materials for committees, and help monitor portfolio value creation.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in private equity or investment banking.
• Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical capabilities.
• Experience across the investment lifecycle, including deal execution.
• Exposure to Consumer, Healthcare, Financial Services, or Managed Services is preferred.
• MBA from premier institute with a strong academic background.
• Detail-oriented, entrepreneurial, and passionate about investing in growth-stage businesses.
