You will act as a critical bridge between internal investment committees, external fund administrators, and institutional stakeholders, providing the financial rigor necessary to drive strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage comprehensive fund operations, including capital calls, distributions, and waterfall calculations, to ensure accurate and timely reporting for limited partners.
• Lead the monitoring of portfolio companies by tracking key performance indicators and financial metrics to provide actionable insights to the investment team.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and legal counsel to ensure full regulatory compliance and structural integrity across all investment entities.
• Oversee the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements, ensuring transparency and adherence to global accounting standards for stakeholders.
• Drive the optimization of fund-level cash management and liquidity planning to support ongoing investment activities and mitigate financial risk.
