Job summary

Gedu Services in India seeks an experienced PMO/Project Manager to shape governance, drive end-to-end digital project delivery, and manage stakeholder relationships. You will ensure QA standards, SLAs, and transparent reporting.

The ideal candidate has SaaS project experience, strong leadership, Jira familiarity, and proven ability to coordinate design, development, content, and account teams across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. PMO Governance Process Management

• Establish and maintain project governance frameworks, ensuring all projects follow defined processes, QA standards, and Service Level Agreements.
• Monitor project performance against agreed success criteria and escalates risks or issues where necessary.
• Continuously review and improve delivery processes and ways of working.

2. End-to-End Project Delivery Lifecycle Management

• Manage digital projects from briefing and planning through to launch and post-launch optimisation.
• Coordinate internal teams across design, development, content, and account handling to ensure quality and efficient delivery.
• Track project timelines, resource requirements, and dependencies, ensuring milestones are met.

3. Stakeholder Client Relationship Management

• Act as the day-to-day client contact during project delivery, managing timelines, expectations, and QA.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and all internal/external stakeholders (including design, development, digital marketing, and sales teams).
• Align website delivery with go-to-market strategy and digital marketing campaigns, understanding the dependencies between launch and broader marketing activities.

4. Budgeting, Reporting Attention to Detail

• Monitor project budgets, track expenditure, and manage scope changes effectively.
• Provide regular, accurate reports on project status, risks, and financial performance to senior management.
• Ensure all project documentation is detailed, up-to-date, and clearly communicated.

Othe Key Requirements

• Hands-on experience with SaaS-based projects and a strong understanding of the product lifecycle.
• Proven experience managing multiple digital projects concurrently, from brief to delivery.
• Experience in providing process expertise, administrative support, setting and maintaining standards for project management defining process, creating templates, maintaining project documents and defining best practices
• Familiarity with project management tools (JIRA) and methodologies

Educational and professional Qualifications

Computer Science Graduate with Project Management experience + training in project management methodologies. Industry certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or other project management certifications such as Prince2, Scrum Master etc. preferred.
