Role Mission:

Responsible for all aspects of Program Delivery execution for a specific customer, aligned with QCDDM commitments, from pursuit to launch and service. Establish long-term customer relationships and ensure satisfaction.

Key Objectives:

• Launch new products according to customer requirements
• Serve as the single point of contact for program and cascade customer requirements to the project team
• Manage program profit and loss
• Negotiate scope of new business with customers
• Lead delivery, resource planning, launch coordination, change control, and customer communication during program launch
• Identify potential issues and coordinate mitigation actions
• Improve profitability through design change control
• Lead gateway reviews and manage cross-functional teams
• Possess fundamental product knowledge, especially in clusters, infotainment, and cockpit controllers
