Job summary

ITC Infotech Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Test Leader to oversee onsite support teams for manual and automation testing. You will define test plans, strategies and frameworks, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.

You will drive ETL testing and Anaplan initiatives, develop robust automation using Python with Selenium/Appium, and guide teams through CI/CD processes in an Agile/DevOps environment.

Qualifications

• Must have 8+ years in test leadership and testing domains.
• Strong hands-on ETL testing experience and Anaplan knowledge.
• Experience building and maintaining UI automation with Python, Selenium & Appium.
• Familiar with CI/CD pipelines, including Maven and Jenkins.

Responsibilities

• Lead a test team as single point of contact from Onsite Support for manual and automation testing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define test plans, strategies, processes and automation frameworks.
• Review deliverables for accuracy, completeness and timeliness.
• Manage multiple testing teams and report testing status.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a test team as single point of contact from Onsite Support both Manual and Automation test teams
• Closely work with the stakeholders to understand business requirements and accordingly create test plan, strategy and test process Build enhance Test strategies, Test automation framework, address technical bottlenecks, and provide solutions.
• Review test deliverables and ensure it is up-to-date, complete, and accurate.
• Responsible for executing tests as defined in the test plan and reporting the status Need to manage multiple testing teams.

Must Haves

• A bachelor\'s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of strong experience in Test Leadership and testing areas
• Strong hands-on experience with ETL Testing and Anaplan.
• Advanced SQL and performance tuning skills Hands on experience in developing UI automation script in Python using SeleniumAppium framework.

Good to have

• Exposure to Airflow or alternative Orchestration tools
• Hands on experience in preparing and updating test automation scripts as per new hardware and software featuresfunctionalities.
• Experience in building or enhancing Automation Framework Hybrid, Data Driven, Keyword Driven etc.
• Hands on experience in CICD: MAVEN, JenkinsAWS Pipelines EC2 based testing
• Experience with AgileDevOps methodologies

Domain Skills

• Experience in Retail Domain preferably with Merchandise DataCommerce retail.

Skill set and Certifications

• Test Management tools like JIRATestRail SDET concepts, Agile methodologies and Testing Process
• Appium and Selenium WebDriver with Java Java, Maven, Jenkins, Automation frameworks like BDD, TestNG, JUnit Snowflakes, Apache Airflow experience or expertise
• Good to have ISTQB Certification
