Job summary

Mahindra and Mahindra Limited in Bengaluru seeks an experienced system engineering professional to lead end-to-end engineering delivery for vehicle platforms. Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in system-level engineering in Auto/OEM domain.
• Bachelor/B.Tech in Auto, Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics.

Responsibilities

• Execute system‑level engineering delivery to meet platform TCP targets.
• Own timely closure of engineering deliverables for assigned systems.
• Drive system‑level target drill‑down with CoEs, suppliers and manufacturing.
• Ensure on-time, quality release of drawings, CAD and VP with minimal rework.
• Close ORCs and engineering decisions within agreed timelines and scope.
• Facilitate technical collaboration across Validation, Vehicle Engineering, Program Management, CDMM, STA, Proto Build, Quality and Homologation.
• Monitor system‑level progress, flag risks or deviations, and enable timely corrective actions.
• Document action items and rigorously track closure of agreed actions.
• Execute system level trade offs within delegated limits and escape deviations to PEH.
