Job summary

Mahindra And Mahindra Ltd. in Bengaluru seeks an experienced engineer to lead system-level delivery for automotive platforms. You will own timely closure of engineering deliverables with cross-functional teams including CoEs, suppliers and manufacturing.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in auto engineering, a BTech in Auto/Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics, and a proven track record delivering CAD drawings and design releases on schedule.

Qualifications

• BTech in Auto, Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics.
• 8+ years of system-level engineering delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute system-level engineering delivery to meet platform TCP targets.
• Own timely closure of engineering deliverables for assigned systems.
• Drive system-level target drill-down with CoEs, suppliers and manufacturing.
• Ensure on-time, quality release of drawings, CAD and VP with minimal rework.
• Close ORCs and engineering decisions within agreed timelines and scope.
• Facilitate technical collaboration across Validation, Vehicle Engineering, Program Management, CDMM, STA, Proto Build, Quality and Homologation.
• Monitor system-level progress, flag risks or deviations, and enable timely corrective actions.
• Document action items and rigorously track closure of agreed actions.
• Execute system-level trade-offs within delegated limits and elevate deviations to PEH.
