Job summary

ITILITE is seeking a Program Manager and Scrum Master to drive planning, execution, and delivery aligned with the product roadmap. You will bridge product, engineering, leadership, and founders, ensuring clear communication and collaboration across teams.

Ideal candidates have hands-on Agile experience, strong communication, and the ability to foster a culture of continuous improvement within a startup environment. 1–3 years of relevant work in this space is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Program Manager, Scrum Master, or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience facilitating Scrum and Kanban.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and a passion for using technology to improve workflows.
• Relevant certifications (CSM/PSM/PMI-ACP) are a plus.
• B.Tech or B.E. degree with 1–3 years of startup experience is preferred.

Role Overview:

As the Program Manager & Scrum Master, you will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and delivering projects in alignment with our product roadmap. You will serve as the primary liaison between product, engineering, leadership, and founders, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across all teams. Your expertise in Agile methodologies will be essential in fostering a productive work environment and guiding teams through the Scrum process.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution:

• Lead the planning and execution of multiple projects, ensuring alignment with the product roadmap.
• Identify potential issues and risks that may affect timelines, proactively developing mitigation strategies.
• Serve as the bridge between product, engineering, leadership, and founders to ensure all stakeholders are aligned and informed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate effective communication and problem-solving.

Agile Facilitation:

• Act as a Scrum Master, implementing Agile principles, and running Scrum and Kanban processes.
• Organize and facilitate sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily stand-up meetings.

Progress Tracking & Reporting:

• Monitor project progress and status, providing regular updates to stakeholders and ensuring transparency.
