Our partner organization is focused on driving collective impact by mapping CSR funds to community needs through innovative and unique solutions to social issues. Their flagship programs have reached thousands across the country, and they are now looking for a dedicated Program Manager to join their team.

Overview of the Role:

The role focuses on designing strategic, forward-looking programs aligned with organizational goals and global frameworks like ESG, COP, and SDGs. Key responsibilities include program planning, budgeting, risk mitigation, and ensuring quality and timely delivery. Stakeholder management, both internal and external, is crucial, along with creating scalable playbooks and fostering partnerships. The role requires compliance with legal, safety, and reporting standards such as BRSR and SROI. Additionally, it involves showcasing programs at events, collaborating with institutions, and driving stakeholder growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understanding of your eco-system will be key.
• Design Programs with Strategic Alignment of organization’s mission and also work on creating programs which are forward looking for the Corporate Eco-system aligning with various ESG, COP, SDG Goals and other parameters.
• Design and plan the program and monitor its progress. Have a clear idea on outputs, outcomes and impact while designing.
• Plan, make and manage Program Budget and monitor costs, expenditure for the prototype and prepare a clear plan to scale and replicate. Identify and call out resources and skills required to scale and replicate for the operations team.
• Identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure program quality, integrity and on time delivery. Ensure projects deliver products and services on time, within budget, and to the required standard.
• Clear Risk identification and Mitigation plan for program success.
• Manage Stake Holders (internal and external) and also manage the dependencies and interfaces between projects.
• Prepare a play book / standardization for the operations to take over for executing on scale and replication.
• Documentation for Donors, Internal Stakeholder, Govt, executive team and others as required.
• Develop a pull strategy through program creation for Partnerships sign up.
• Identify and participate in External events as brand ambassador to showcase the programs.
• Ensure that the function operates in accordance with health, safety, financial and environmental policies and procedures as laid out by the law of the land.
• Working with 3rd party agencies for Program certification, Working with Universities and other institutions with an objective to seek, contribute for the overall growth of all stakeholders.
• Well versed with all reporting structures like BRSR, SROI etc as expected by the sector.
• Any Other Responsibilities assigned by the Organization time to time as per requirements.

Educational Qualifications & Other Requirements

• The candidate should be a postgraduate with 10-12 years of work experience.
• MSW, MA in Development, other Development Studies, or Masters in a related field.
• The candidate should know English and Hindi and any other regional language (Kannada would be an added advantage).
• The role requires travel so the candidate should be open to travel for work related assignments.
