Job summary

Goodera is seeking an organized Logistics Coordinator to manage shipping data and coordinate across the Experience, Logistics, and Customer Success teams. You will maintain event trackers, create detailed briefs, and ensure timely dispatch of materials for various event formats.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, cross-team communication, and proactive problem-solving to support seamless event execution for a wide client base in a rapidly scaling organization.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date shipping and event data in internal systems used by Program Managers and Customer Success Managers.
• Update and manage the central event tracker with sub-teams in the Experience team; ensure data completeness and accuracy (a key performance metric).
• Maintain client context information and relay event details to the Experience team for planning and execution.
• Monitor internal systems to track shipping requirements and coordinate with logistics to ensure timely dispatch of event materials.
• Create clear and comprehensive event briefs (for outdoor, kiosk, or other formats) for hosts to deliver engaging events.
• Review and quality-check final event materials such as presentations and Know Before You Go documents.
• Act as liaison between Logistics, Customer Success Managers, and Experience teams to resolve last-mile issues related to shipments and event requirements.
