Job summary

ZEISS in India, headquartered in Bengaluru, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large software initiatives across R&D and manufacturing domains. You will plan and track agile development projects, mentor teams, and ensure delivery within scope, budget, and quality, collaborating with product, QA, and engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of professional experience in project management.
• Advanced knowledge in traditional project management and agile methods.
• Excellent communication and technical leadership skills.
• Experience in direct or lateral leadership of software developers and sub-disciplines of software development, such as algorithm developers or cybersecurity engineers.

• Planning and tracking of agile development projects (meeting deadlines, staying within budget, project scope, quality).
