Job summary

Deluxe in Bengaluru is seeking a Program Manager to lead end-to-end execution of strategic and operational projects across geographies, including US, EMEA, and APAC. The role requires PMP certification, an MBA or equivalent graduate degree, and strong English communication with cross-functional collaboration across Operations, IT, Finance, HR and Facilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, program-manage, and drive the implementation of multiple medium to large scale projects, within Bangalore and across different geographies.
• The projects can span across different domains like Operations, IT, Finance, HR, Facilities etc.
• Ensure adherence to the project plan and its timelines.
• Liaise with business lines and functions (Operations, HR, IT, Finance, Facilities) to meet different project deliverables.
• Track project implementation, risks and concerns and publish periodic status updates and reports.
• Drive the project governance meetings with internal and global stakeholders.
• Other duties as identified and assigned.

• The role will create the project plan with milestones, will identify and flag key risks and unblock the bottlenecks
• The role requires experience in working in a cross functional environment and driving global projects
