Job Responsibility:

• Responsible for DQE India Department’s Project/Program Management function for Process Excellence, KPI Tracking and Reporting monthly and time to time per Management requirements.
• Responsible for DQE IN Dept’s Internal Weekly, Monthly KPI Review Meeting.
• Should be good in data collection and reporting from DQE members across all categories and make PPT and Power BI mode in alignment with HQ Model.
• Candidate should have sound knowledge and hand‑on experience on MS Teams with expertise – Excel, Excel Macros for drafting and content into presentable graphical visuals.
• Should be strong in Power BI, PowerPoint and Graphic Visuals and Report‑outs.
• Good communication skill within team/department and smooth work approach with internal & external functions and stakeholders in EN India and China.
• Use and aware of AI Tools for Office workshop works include Office Automation especially repeat works/tasks which can be automated and stored in Corporate SharePoint and One Drive for Data, Documents, Test Reports and Inspection Documents on regular intervals and retrieve, share for Management Meetings.
• Time management with Track of People mobility and support members within DQE India Department at regular intervals.
• Soft skills behaviour and Team inclusive work culture approach/mindset.

Job Requirements:

• Qualification preferred is BS or MS or BE or B Tech with Corporate Office work experience with 3-5 year in Project and Program Management.
• Project Management skill with PMI certificate will be preferred.
• Power BI and Ms Office Skill will be preferred.
• Being multilocation work environment, should need to travel 25% likely based on work and business needs.
• Anchor and Host time to time Team Building and EN CN & IN Collaboration Meetings.
• Chinese language with Read, Speak or Translate is added advantage.
