Job summary

Globaldevelopmentwala is seeking a Program Lead to oversee ECCE initiatives across Andhra Pradesh, driving planning, rollout and management in collaboration with APWCD and other partners.

The role involves leading field teams, coordinating with content, tech and research units, and ensuring timely data collection, reporting and course corrections based on program indicators. Strong English skills and Telugu familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in program management, field operations or implementation roles (NGO or government partnerships preferred)
• Prior team management experience
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Forms, and data interpretation
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time across state
• Excellent command of English; familiarity with Telugu preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, mission-driven mindset

Responsibilities

Job description

It is a Leading Non - Profit, in partnership with the Andhra Pradesh Department of Women

Development & Child Welfare, Government of Andhra Pradesh (APWCD) is launching its

ECCE programs in the state. As a Program Lead, you will be responsible for successful planning,

rollout, and management of the program across all districts. This includes stakeholder

engagement, team leadership, performance tracking and cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities
