Rocket Learning, in partnership with ICDS Andhra Pradesh, is launching its ECCE program statewide. As a Program Lead, you will be responsible for successful planning, rollout, and management of the program across all districts of Andhra Pradesh.

You will engage government stakeholders, lead a diverse regional team of academic experts and field staff, and drive data-informed decisions to ensure timely implementation and strong program outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in program management, field operations or NGO implementation.
• Prior team management experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Forms.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% across Andhra Pradesh.
• Excellent command of English and Telugu.
• Strong problem-solving and mission-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of ECCE initiatives in Andhra Pradesh.
• Build and manage relationships with state departments and officials.
• Recruit, train and manage regional academic experts and field staff.
• Use field insights and data analytics to create SOPs and support decision-making.
• Ensure timely data collection and reporting on program indicators.

Rocket Learning, in partnership with ICDS Andhra Pradesh, is launching its ECCE program statewide. As a Program Lead, you will be responsible for successful planning, rollout, and management of the program across all districts. This includes stakeholder engagement, team leadership, performance tracking and cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• 1. Program Leadership: Lead the end-to-end implementation of Rocket Learning’s ECCE initiatives in Andhra Pradesh
• 2. Government Liaison: Build and manage strong working relationships with state department, district officials and other stakeholders
• 3. Team Management: Recruit, train and manage a team of regional academic experts & field staff
• 4. Operational Planning: Use field insights and data analytics to create SOPs and support decision-making
• 5. Monitoring & Reporting: Ensure timely data collection and reporting on key program indicators
• 6. Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams (content, tech, media, research) to localize and implement interventions
• 7. Stakeholder Engagement: Represent Rocket Learning in external meetings, workshops and field reviews
