Job summary

Rocket Learning in Delhi is seeking a program liaison to strengthen government partnerships and ensure timely execution of ECCE initiatives. You will coordinate with state, district and field offices, draft official communications, and support planning, training delivery, and dashboards.

The role requires 2–3 years in development, strong Excel and Canva skills, and the ability to work independently in a government environment while upholding Rocket Learning's values.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in the development sector.
• Strong Excel and Canva skills are required.
• Experience in government liaison and coordination is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare calendar and tracker sheets, track progress, analyze data, and share updates & reports.
• Assist in planning, coordination & administration tasks.

2. 2. Strengthen coordination across the state, district & field level for smooth program rollout.
3. 3. Become trusted advisor on ECCE.
4. 4. Ensure timely & quality execution of program activities.
5. 5 Support planning & delivery of trainings & workshops.
6. 6. Track data, document progress & share regular updates

Key activities

1. 1. Liaise between RL and WCD for approvals, documentation, and updates.
2. 2. Regularly Communicating with all key stakeholders alongside senior officials.
3. 3. Coordination with district officials for program activities & monitoring.
4. 4. Taking ownership of the projects/work streams and managing it end-to-end.
5. 5. Prepare dashboards, reports & presentations for review meetings.
6. 6. Developing and maintaining relations with multiple government officials.
7. 7. Draft official letters, notes, and briefs for departmental communication.
8. 8. Support the design & delivery of training for AWWs, Supervisors, CDPOs & other officials.
