Job summary

Wadhwani Innovation Network (WIN) invites applications for a Program Head – Life Sciences based in New Delhi. The role requires 15+ years of relevant experience, with a Master’s degree (PhD strongly preferred) and a track record in grants management, R&D, and ecosystem development,

Qualifications

Core Focus & Scope: Provide strategic and operational leadership for WIN’s Life Sciences portfolio; lead COE governance, multi-year roadmaps, R&D proposal calls, milestone‑based grant management, and translational pathways (Biotechnology, MedTech/Healthtech, Therapeutics, Synthetic Biology, Genomics, and Advanced Biomanufacturing).
