• Drive R&D project assessment, TRL progression, and performance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end grants management - from calls for proposals, technical evaluation and project selection to grant agreements, fund disbursement, utilisation monitoring, reviews and closure.
• Provide strategic leadership of WIN's Life Sciences portfolio and Centres of Excellence (COEs).
• Drive R&D project assessment, performance monitoring and TRL progression.
• Enable technology translation, commercialisation and industry partnerships.
• Build strategic partnerships with research institutions, government, industry, investors and philanthropic organisations.

Ideal Candidate

• 15+ years of relevant experience in Life Sciences R&D, Biotechnology, Research Funding or Innovation Programme Management.
• Proven expertise in end-to-end grants management and large R&D project portfolios.
• Strong understanding of scientific project evaluation, financial monitoring and institutional partnerships.
• Master's degree in Life Sciences or a related discipline; Ph.D. preferred.
