Job summary

Protsahan India Foundation in New Delhi seeks a Program Executive – Placements & Partnerships to create and strengthen employment, internship, training, and exposure opportunities for Girl Champions and alumni.

The role involves building partnerships with companies, training institutes, NGOs, and other organizations while supporting participants in their career development and transition toward employment, with need-based mobility between centres.

Qualifications

• Graduate or Post-Graduate in any discipline; Social Work, Education, or related fields preferred.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in placements, partnerships, NGOs, or community-based programs.
• Strong communication, networking, coordination, and documentation skills.
• Good communication skills in Hindi; English proficiency is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Focus on placement of Girls, partnerships, and alumni engagement for various opportunities (70%).
• Engage with current Fellows and alumni to support career and job advancement.
• Identify and connect Girl Champions with suitable jobs and internships.
• Build partnerships with companies, NGOs, and other organizations for employment opportunities.
• Explore training and upskilling opportunities for Fellows and alumni.
• Coordinate corporate, industry, factory, and other exposure visits.
• Maintain records and regularly follow up on placements, internships, and partnerships.
• Logistics and coordination for exposure visits, training sessions, and activities.
• Coordinate interviews with employers and Fellows; ensure attendance.
• Uphold the values of Protsahan and support organizational growth.

Role Summary

The Program Executive – Placements & Partnerships will be responsible for creating and strengthening employment, internship, training, and exposure opportunities for Girl Champions and alumni. The role involves building partnerships with companies, training institutions, NGOs, and other organizations while supporting participants in their career development and transition towards employment.

Key Responsibilities

• Focus on Placement of Girls, Partnership with Organizations, and Alumni Engagement for Various Opportunities (70%)
• Engage with current Fellows (Age 18 – 25 Years) and alumni to support their career and job enhancement.
• Identify and connect Girl Champions with suitable job and internship opportunities.
• Build partnerships with companies, NGOs, and other organizations for employment opportunities.
• Explore training and upskilling opportunities for Fellows and alumni.
• Coordinate corporate, industry, factory, and other exposure visits.
• Maintain records and regularly follow up on placements, internships, and partnerships.
• Logistics and Coordination (20%)
• Support the planning and logistics of exposure visits, training sessions, and other program activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams, participants, and external partners for the smooth execution of activities.
• Coordinate potential interviews with employers and fellows. Ensure fellows are able to attend interviews efficiently
• Professional Conduct & Development (10%)
• Participate in mandatory training and remain open to feedback and professional development.
• Plan activities in advance and ensure effective execution.
• Uphold the values of Protsahan, focusing on the needs and rights of Girl Champions and organizational growth.

Qualifications & Experience

Job Location: Girl Empowerment Centre- GEC02 (Delhi, Vikas Nagar) (Need-based mobility between Dwarka- GEC 05 and the Admin office, Janakpuri)
