Protsahan India Foundation is a center of excellence in innovation & collaboration to eradicate Child Abuse so that all girls living in situations of vulnerability grow up empowered with access to education and healthcare in safe spaces, with greater freedom from all forms of abuse and violence. Girls and children who have experienced abuse or violence benefit from greater access to healing, care, support, gender justice, and other services needed to ensure physical, social and mental well-being. Role Summary
The Program Executive – Placements & Partnerships will be responsible for creating and strengthening employment, internship, training, and exposure opportunities for Girl Champions and alumni. The role involves building partnerships with companies, training institutions, NGOs, and other organizations while supporting participants in their career development and transition towards employment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Focus on Placement of Girls, Partnership with Organizations, and Alumni Engagement for Various Opportunities (70%)
- Engage with current Fellows (Age 18 - 25 Years) and alumni to support their career and job enhancement.
- Identify and connect Girl Champions with suitable job and internship opportunities.
- Build partnerships with companies, NGOs, and other organizations for employment opportunities.
- Explore training and upskilling opportunities for Fellows and alumni.
- Coordinate corporate, industry, factory, and other exposure visits.
- Maintain records and regularly follow up on placements, internships, and partnerships.
2. Logistics and Coordination (20%)
- Support the planning and logistics of exposure visits, training sessions, and other program activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams, participants, and external partners for the smooth execution of activities.
- Coordinate potential interviews with employers and fellows. Ensure fellows are able to attend interviews efficiently
3. Professional Conduct & Development (10%)
- Participate in mandatory training and remain open to feedback and professional development.
- Plan activities in advance and ensure effective execution.
- Uphold the values of Protsahan, focusing on the needs and rights of Girl Champions and organizational growth.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate or Post-Graduate in any discipline; Social Work, Education, or related fields preferred.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in placements, partnerships, NGOs, or community-based programs.
- Strong communication, networking, coordination, and documentation skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and digital tools.
- Good communication skills in Hindi; English proficiency is an added advantage.
