Qualifications

• Develop comprehensive transition plans for mortgage projects, products, and services.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team of project managers, analysts, and SMEs; provide guidance and support.

Job Roles and Responsibilities

Project Planning and Strategy

• Develop comprehensive transition plans for mortgage projects, products, and services.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines in alignment with business goals.
• Identify key stakeholders and establish communication channels to ensure clarity and consensus on project objectives.

Team Leadership and Management

• Lead a multidisciplinary team of project managers, analysts, and subject matter experts.
• Provide guidance, direction, and support to team members throughout the transition process.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Client Engagement and Relationship Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the transition phase, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
