U.S. Bancorp India is seeking an Offshore Transition Manager to lead strategic planning, governance and stakeholder engagement for global transitions. You will coordinate KT, drive risk mitigation and ensure timely, within-budget delivery across offshore and onshore teams.
The role requires 8–10 years in project management and strong leadership, analytical and planning skills. Work model is 5 days in the office in Chennai, with 11 am – 8 pm shifts.

Offshore Transition Manager
Review the program agreement from the onshore US Bank team along with US Bank GCC team Establish a Transition Management Office (TMO) and governance framework to monitor progress, risks, and KPIs.Align transition goals with organizational strategy and GCC objectives
Act as the primary liaison between Onshore US Bank, Offshore US Bank GCC, internal teams, and vendors.Ensure stakeholder alignment through regular communication forums and escalation channels.Drive collaboration across global and local teams for smooth execution. Strategic Planning & Governance
Collaborate with HR and delivery teams to onboard resources with required skills.Plan for capacity ramp-up and training interventions for GCC roles.Maintain a pipeline for niche and digital skills.
Monitor KT effectiveness and address gaps proactively
Identify transition risks early and develop mitigation plans.Manage escalations for delays, resource constraints, or contractual issues.Ensure compliance with governance and quality standards
Support transition phases: due diligence, planning, ramp-up, and stabilization.Track program objective changes, raise change requests (CRs), and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.Support stabilization post go-live to ensure seamless handover
Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data
