Job summary

Aanseacore seeks an experienced Head of Program Delivery Management & Governance to lead enterprise transformation programs and establish a centralized governance framework. You will drive execution, portfolio governance, cross-functional collaboration, and executive stakeholder engagement across multiple business and technology initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field (MBA/PM preferred).
  • 20+ years in enterprise program delivery, PMO, or transformation leadership.
  • Experience leading complex, multi-workstream enterprise transformation programs.
  • Expertise in ERP transformation, enterprise platform implementations, and operating model redesign.
  • Experience in EPC, Energy, Industrial Manufacturing, Infrastructure, or other large project-driven orgs.
  • Proven experience managing system integrators, consulting partners, and multi-vendor environments.
  • Knowledge of governance, executive reporting, portfolio management, risk management, and issue resolution.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Fusion or similar enterprise platforms is desirable.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum or equivalent certs preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage an integrated enterprise transformation roadmap across strategic programs.
  • Establish portfolio governance, program controls, and delivery standards for enterprise initiatives.
  • Build and manage cross-program dependency mapping, milestone planning, and implementation sequencing.
  • Lead governance meetings, executive steering committees, and decision-making forums.
  • Monitor program progress, risks, issues, actions, dependencies, and benefits realization.
  • Ensure quality delivery through milestone governance, issue resolution, and structured handoffs between business, technology, and vendor teams.
  • Lead enterprise governance for Oracle ERP, Integrated Project Management, Master Data Management, Manufacturing Excellence, and related transformation initiatives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Projects, and Shared Services.
  • Drive alignment between business processes, technology implementation, data readiness, testing, and business adoption.
  • Identify and resolve delivery risks, dependency conflicts, scope overlaps, and implementation challenges.
  • Manage system integrators, advisory partners, and vendors to ensure accountability, transparency, and successful delivery.
  • Prepare executive dashboards and governance reports covering project status, delivery health, risks, decisions, and business value.
  • Establish governance policies, reporting templates, and continuous improvement practices to enhance delivery maturity.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews and support the ongoing development of the Enterprise Transformation Office (Reinvention Office).
