Overview

Program/Delivery Manager - Oracle Cloud HCM. We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Mobilization Program Manager who can combine deep technical expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR with strategic leadership in program mobilization and delivery management. This role is critical for setting up new programs for success—mobilizing the right teams, processes, tools, and governance while ensuring the highest delivery standards for Oracle HCM implementations and related enterprise programs.

Role: Oracle HCM Mobilization Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Oracle HCM Cloud (Core HR) Delivery: Design, build, configure, and integrate Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR applications to meet business needs; lead technical solution design, customization, and performance optimization; manage data migration, integration, and troubleshooting across platforms; set up processes, tools, methods, and quality controls for new large-scale programs; mobilize cross-functional teams (sales, solutioning, CoEs, delivery, engineering, recruitment); track contract deliverables including financial structures, liability clauses, dependencies, and entry/exit criteria; define and monitor delivery excellence using Agile methodologies, quality metrics, and continuous improvement frameworks; build reusable playbooks, templates, and knowledge repositories for repeatable success.
• Project Management & Stakeholder Engagement: Drive schedule, budget, and quality tracking through industry-standard tools; present program updates to client steering committees and governance forums; mentor teams, facilitate knowledge-sharing, and provide SME-level guidance in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR.

Skills & Experience

• Required: 13–15 years in IT delivery with a minimum of 7–8 years in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR; proven experience in mobilizing and transitioning large-scale delivery engagements; functional domain knowledge in at least one area (HR, Finance, or Supply Chain); hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud integrations and data migration; experience with at least one other major platform (SAP, Salesforce, Workday, o9 Solutions, etc.); ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues efficiently.
• Good-to-Have: Exposure to GenAI technologies; awareness of emerging technology trends; experience across the AMS lifecycle (mobilization, transition, stabilization, run & evolve); configuration & release management expertise.

• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
