Job summary

Aanseacore in Chennai, India is seeking an experienced Head of Oracle Program Delivery to lead end-to-end Oracle transformation programs across ERP, EPM, HCM, SCM, PPM and related platforms.

The role focuses on defining program strategy, managing scope, schedule, budget, and risks while coordinating with Enterprise Architecture, Security, PMO and vendors to ensure successful delivery and business value realization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 15+ years of experience leading large-scale Oracle ERP and Cloud transformation programs.
• Strong expertise in Oracle ERP, EPM, HCM, SCM, PPM, Primavera P6, Unifier, OCI, OIC, and integration technologies.
• Experience delivering end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementations, managing multi-vendor environments, and leading SI partners.
• Knowledge of governance, PMO, lifecycle management, budgeting, risk and change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Oracle transformation programs across ERP, EPM, HCM, SCM, PPM, Primavera P6, Unifier, OCI, OIC, and related platforms.
• Define program strategy, roadmaps, delivery plans, and governance frameworks aligned with business objectives.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, quality, dependencies, testing, cutover, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Collaborate with business leaders, Enterprise Architecture, Data, Security, PMO and technology teams to ensure success.
• Oversee Oracle implementation partners, SI vendors, ensuring contractual compliance and milestone achievement.
• Drive executive stakeholder engagement through governance reviews, status reporting, risk management, and decision support.
• Lead business readiness, change management, user adoption, training and organizational transition activities.
• Monitor program performance and value realization through process improvements and KPI tracking.
• Build and mentor cross-functional delivery teams with accountability and continuous improvement.

• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture, governance, PMO, project lifecycle management, budgeting, risk management, and change management.


• Experience working with executive stakeholders in Construction, EPC, Energy, Utilities, Manufacturing, or other complex project-driven industries.


• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.


• Preferred certifications: PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, Oracle Cloud, Agile, Scrum, or SAFe.
