The Program Coordinator will provide programmatic leadership to strengthen Jagori Rural Charitable Trusts work with rural and marginalized communities across Kangra and Chamba districts.

The role involves developing work plans, proposals, reports, and implementation strategies; coordinating and mentoring field teams; strengthening collaboration with Panchayati Raj Institutions, government departments, and civil society partners; supporting womens rights and gender equality initiatives; and ensuring effective program implementation, monitoring, and documentation.

The position requires a strong commitment to feminist values and intersectionality, experience working with womens organizations and rural communities, excellent communication, networking, problem-solving and team-management skills, and the ability to build solidarity and collaboration within teams and communities.

Strong English and Hindi communication skills, along with a willingness to undertake extensive field travel, are essential.
