Job summary

Honeywell Technologies seeks a seasoned Project Controls professional to lead end-to-end program analysis, cost and schedule baselines, and KPI-driven performance reviews. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across internal and external clients to ensure timely, accurate project delivery.

You will develop metrics, manage forecasts, and apply earned value techniques, while mentoring juniors and aligning with corporate guidelines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in Project Controls.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or Accounting
• Working knowledge with project management processes (i.e., cost, EVM (Earned Value Management), schedule, baseline development, assigning time phased resources and budgets to work scope, performance measurements, etc.)
• Experience with Earned Value Metrics, Estimate at completion growth and Milestone Fidelity.
• Project Management, Project Schedule Professional (PMI-SP), or Cost Engineering Certification.
• Experience in EcoSys, Cora, or other PMIS; MS Project and Primavera P6.
• Cost Reporting Experience: CPR, IPMR, IPMDAR, CFSR
• Integrated Master Schedule Experience: Microsoft Project, SSI Tool

Responsibilities

• Assist to develop project control plan, WBS, cost budget and schedule baselines to measure project performance and success through KPI's
• Analyze project performance through cost and schedule integration. Analyze the unbilled, receivable, and payable balances on assigned projects.
• Analyze cost and schedule variance versus baseline. Identify root cause and recommend corrective actions
• Prepare and publish metrics and financial reports
• Support Project Forecasting, Project Reviews, Monthly Progress Reporting to Internal/External Customers
• Apply EVM (Earned Value Management) techniques to Project/Program
• Assist with Change, Risk and EAC Management on assigned projects/programs
• Ensure effective communication and partner with the Project Team (internal/external) to build relationships
• Monitor and Report Compliance as per GPMO requirements
• Support compliance with relevant SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) controls
• Assist in internal improvement processes

Responsibilities

Join a team of specialists that provide program analysis, process improvement, and metrics for Honeywell. You will partner with Integrated project team to develop project plans and create cost and schedule baselines. You will prepare and publish metrics and reports. You will analyze variances and review compliance to corporate guidelines across multiple teams. Your findings will drive decisions to improve the project/program performance impacting one or more site locations.

You Must Have:

• 5+ years’ experience in Project Controls.

• Bi/Multi-lingual
