Key Responsibilities

1. Research Leadership & Strategy

• Provide vision and direction to develop a robust and sustainable research culture within the School.
• Identify emerging research areas and promote interdisciplinary research initiatives.
• Support the formulation and implementation of institutional research policies and priorities.

2. Sponsored Research & Funding

• Lead efforts to secure external funding from government agencies, industry partners, and international funding bodies.
• Guide faculty in proposal development, grant writing, and project execution.
• Monitor research projects to ensure quality, compliance, and timely delivery.

3. Publications, Innovation & Impact

• Drive high-quality research publications in reputed peer-reviewed and indexed journals.
• Promote patents, technology transfer, innovation, and commercialization of research outcomes.
• Enhance the visibility, citation impact, and global recognition of the Universitys research.

4. Teaching & Academic Contribution

• Contribute to teaching at postgraduate and doctoral levels in specialized research domains.
• Develop advanced courses aligned with emerging technologies and research trends.
• Integrate research insights into teaching to strengthen academic excellence.

5. Faculty Mentorship & Research Capacity Building

• Mentor faculty members in research planning, publication strategies, and project acquisition.

6. Collaboration & Institutional Representation

• Establish and strengthen national and international academic collaborations.

Experience:

• Minimum 8-10 years of academic and research experience.
