Production Support - SQL and Oracle PL/SQ (5 AM to 2 PM) Shit Pune

Role Overview

As a Managed Services Professional, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of outsourced business services while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement. You will lead the resolution of complex service issues, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and build strong client relationships to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction. This role requires a proactive problem solver who can balance operational responsibilities with strategic process improvements, while also mentoring team members and supporting business growth initiatives.

What You Will Do

• Lead the resolution of complex service and operational issues, ensuring timely and effective outcomes for clients.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, service quality, and operational performance.
• Design and implement process and system enhancements that streamline managed service operations.
• Partner with stakeholders across Operations, Sales, Technology, Legal, and Contract Management to align services with business objectives and client needs.
• Act as a trusted point of contact for clients, managing service-related inquiries, escalations, and relationship management activities.
• Support the onboarding and transition of new clients, ensuring a seamless implementation experience.
• Monitor service delivery against contractual commitments and proactively address compliance or performance concerns.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices across the organization.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members, helping them develop their technical and professional capabilities.
• Contribute to broader departmental goals by supporting operational excellence and fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.

What You Bring

• Must have hands on experience with in 3-6 years of IT Experience in Production and Technical support
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex issues independently.
• Demonstrated ability to improve operational processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Handson experience in a production support environment.
• Strong SQL and Oracle PL/SQL skills.
• Proficiency with Unix/Linux commands.
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, or supporting the development of team members.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve application or system issues.
• Strong communication skills and customerfocused mindset.
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and collaborate effectively.

Additional Requirements

• Willingness to work early shifts (5 AM to 2 PM).
• Experience in banking, finance, or listed derivatives is preferred.
• Ability to manage expectations and deliver reliably.
