Job summary

FIS India Bangalore is seeking a Production Support Engineer to provide L2/L3 application support for critical AWS-based production environments. You will monitor incidents, troubleshoot, and coordinate with multiple teams to ensure uptime and SLA adherence.

The role requires strong analytical skills, SQL knowledge, and experience with ServiceNow. You will participate in on-call rotations and contribute to ongoing service improvements within a FinTech environment.

About the team

The L2 Production Support team is responsible for providing application support, incident management, problem resolution, and operational stability for critical client-facing AWS Applications. The team works closely with clients, development teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure high availability, timely issue resolution, and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
