Job summary

Crescent Techservices in Hyderabad is seeking a L2.5 Support Engineer with 5+ years of production support experience to handle complex data flows in asset management, wealth management, or investment banking domains.

You will manage incident response within SLAs, participate in 24x7 on-call rotations, and collaborate with data engineering teams using Kubernetes, Python/PLSQL scripting, SDLC practices, and Git/Bitbucket.

Qualifications

• 6+ years IT experience with at least 5 years in L2.5 production support.
• Strong data engineering concepts and API management experience.
• Exposure to Python and PL/SQL scripting; Kubernetes familiarity.

• Ability to manage incidents within SLA and participate in 24x7 on-call.
