Ameriprise India LLP seeks a Tech Operations Analyst to ensure the success of business-critical applications by supporting daily batch processing, analyzing issues, and delivering timely resolutions. You will handle high-priority incidents, perform code reviews, and manage outages while maintaining SLA adherence in a distributed environment.

The role requires leadership, strong business acumen, and collaboration with global teams to translate requirements into technical changes and maintain

Competenze

• Automation using Python/PowerShell for production support.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and automation frameworks.
• Knowledge of AWS services (EC2, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, S3, CFT).
• SQL scripting for data validation and troubleshooting.
• Windows OS, registry, group policies, and server roles familiarity.
• Exposure to ITIL processes and incident management.
• Familiarity with SNOW, JIRA, Confluence for ticketing and collaboration.
• ETL tools such as Informatica and TWS experience.
• Understanding of end-to-end production support and root-cause analysis.

Job Description

In this role the person will be responsible for ensuring success of business-critical application operations by supporting the day-to-day batch processing, analyzing and fixing the issues on priority while adhering to standards and SLAs. The person should be able to support High priority(P1/P2) incidents dynamically by providing timely resolution for the problem and handle other service requests. The person will also be responsible for handling minor enhancements, perform code reviews, handle application outages(planned/unplanned) and responsible for performance and maintenance of the highly critical business application. For this role we are looking for a highly motivated Individual who will be working as Tech operations analysts working in technologies. The person should exhibit leadership qualities and demonstrate business acumen while working closely with business users to understand requirements and help team translate it into technical changes.

Experience

• 1.5 - 3.5 years of experience as Automation Specialist or equivalent.

Must have skills

• Automation through Python/PowerShell.

• CICD Tools – Bitbucket, Ansible, Jenkins, Artifactory.

• AWS Knowledge (EC2, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, S3, CFT)

• POC (Proof of Concept) implementation.

• SQL scripting.

• Windows OS knowledge (Registry Editor, Group Policies, Server Roles etc.)

• Excellent organization skills, team player with diverse team of vendors/employee location across the globe.
• Ability to prioritize and work under pressure taking end to end ownership of issues and driving resolution.
